In the mountains of Patagonia, a young woman and her father live a life of near solitude. When the father disappears, the daughter descends the mountains to search for him.
Olivia (Tina Sconochini) lives with her aged widower father (Dario del Carmen Haro Santana) in the rugged foothills of Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, in a small, pyramidal hut. One day, her father suddenly and inexplicably disappears, so Olivia begins a search for him. While roaming around the stark building where her father works, Olivia finds Mari (Carolina Tejeda), who is to be her friend, or lover, or quasi-mother figure. This meditation on grief and loss from a new exciting female voice in Latin American cinema is like a dreamy poem on the screen, unlike anything currently on our screens.
