Milly Alcock (‘House of the Dragon’) takes on the daunting task of playing Superman’s cousin, who meets Ruthye (Eve Ridley), who is on the hunt for the baddies who destroyed her world. The 2021 DC Comics series is adapted here for the big screen and also stars Jason Momoa (‘Aquaman’), who plays the intergalactic bounty hunter and anti-hero Lobo, and Matthias Schoenaerts (‘Far from the Madding Crowd’) who takes on the role of the villain, Klem of the Yellow Hills.
